This Privacy Policy explains how Casa Del Soul LLC (“Casa del Soul,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit casadelsoul.net (the “Site”) or join our list. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you join the list, we collect your first name and email address.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and tools may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed.
- Cookies & advertising tools. If you consent, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure and improve our advertising. These set cookies and share limited event data (such as page views and sign-ups) with Meta. The Pixel does not run until you accept it in our cookie banner.
How we use your information
- To send you updates about events and openings you signed up for;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- To measure and improve our advertising (only with your consent);
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:
- Service providers who run the Site and our list on our behalf (e.g., website hosting and our database/CRM provider);
- Meta, if you consent to advertising cookies, for ad measurement and targeting;
- Authorities, where required by law.

Your choices
- Email. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.
- Cookies/advertising. You can decline advertising cookies in our banner, or clear cookies in your browser.
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You may request to know, access, correct, or delete your personal information, and opt out of “sharing” for targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, email office@casadelsoul.net. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you are on our list or as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
The Site and our events are intended for adults. Our events are 21+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
