Each unit offers a full kitchen allowing you the freedom to come and go as you wish or to just be in seclusion. Each unit is available by the week or by the month. Check unit page for rates.

LODGING POLICIES

Casa Del Soul is a 100% smoke-free facility. This means no smoking on the entire property not just the premises. You will be charged a cleaning fee of $200 if you or any member of your party smokes in the building.

»No GUEST SUBSTITUTIONS

For example: you may not book a unit for a month and have 4 different sets of guests (a new set of guests each week).

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

»CREDIT CARD OR CHECK is required to make a reservation.

We accept VISA or MASTERCARD. Sorry, we do not accept American Express or Discover.

»CANCELLATION FEE

There will be a 15% cancellation fee if within 30 days.

CASA DEL SOUL reserves the right to refuse lodging to anyone at our discretion.
